Encore Suite is the perfect functional enhancement to Microsoft Outlook. Encore Suite consists of four standalone products: EasyLinkMail, EasyCombineMail, EasyExportMail and EasyMailTrimmer. You can download or purchase each product separately or as a suite of products.

EasyLinkMail gives a new look to Outlook and shows you your VIP emails in one organized panel inside Outlook. EasyLinkMail recognizes your habits by using our Patent Pending Bio-Signature algorithm to determine your VIPs. This product goes beyond grouping emails by consolidating subjects and converts them into real-time email conversations based on content comparison (Patent Pending). You can instantly view all email conversations, participants, related emails and find attachments.

EasyCombineMail combines a group of emails into one email conversation. Select the emails you want to combine and EasyCombineMail will automatically create a new email with the content sorted in chronological order while removing all duplicates. It is a time saver to view or edit participant's emails in one combined email. You can choose to view the resulting email in simplified text or have the email displayed in its original format.

EasyExportMail exports a group of selected emails and/or attachments to Excel. This tool takes a group of emails and creates a spreadsheet that contains Date/Time Received, From/To Address, CC's, Subject and Email Content columns. EasyExportMail breaks down the emails into basic units, removes duplicates and redundant emails, and builds a spreadsheet from the results. Emails can be exported by individual emails or by comprehensive conversations.

EasyMailTrimmer analyzes your mailbox and identifies the emails that are duplicates or redundant. Redundant emails are those that are already included in another email. You may view a comprehensive report before actually deleting them. Saves an average of up to 45% of your server mailbox space and reduces the email count by 35%.
